Job Summary:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for leading the design, execution, and implementation of capital equipment and facility projects across Carlisle operating sites. This role provides advanced engineering and project management expertise to support manufacturing operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure successful deployment of capital investments.
The Senior Mechanical Engineer owns all phases of projects-from concept through commissioning and closeout-while serving as a technical leader and key partner to Operations, Maintenance, EH&S, and plant leadership. This position also plays a critical role in troubleshooting complex systems, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring less experienced engineers.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Minimum of 3+ years of experience managing capital projects or equivalent project leadership experience
Preferred:
Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
Experience with large-scale capital equipment installations and process optimization
Professional Engineering (PE) license or project management certification (PMP)
