Candidates should have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or comparable experience. With over five years in the field, proficiency in SolidWorks for 2D and 3D CAD, and strong communication and project management skills are crucial. Familiarity with DFMEA/PFMEA, materials science, mechanical systems, and fluid dynamics is expected.
