Senior Mechanical CAD Designer, Thermal Oxidizer Systems

Location: Remote within the United States

Imagine Your Day

You begin your morning by logging in from home and reviewing a new Scope of Work and Engineering Specification Review for a thermal oxidizer. You translate calculations, placement sketches, construction notes, and controls component specifications into precise 3D models using Autodesk Inventor. By mid-day, you’re collaborating with Project Engineers and manufacturing teammates to finalize a General Arrangement and fabrication package, complete with a detailed Bill of Materials. In the afternoon, you perform a quality check on drawings from a colleague, reconcile client-specific templates against our corporate standards, and make targeted updates to a legacy CAD file to keep a project moving. Before signing off, you respond to a few customer inquiries and schedule a visit to a supplier’s facility tied to an active build.
