Responsibilities include Marketo configuration and optimization such as multi‑market MQL rule automation, data flow and synchronization between Marketo and Salesforce, automated email trigger and nurture setup, event lead imports, and lead routing and trackingConfigure, optimize, and troubleshoot systems to support campaigns, launches, and lifecycle programs including email, landing pages, and lead flowsEnsure data quality, integrations, and system performance across tools through thorough QA of all implementationsLead vendor selection, renewals, and day‑to‑day tool optimizationProcess Optimization & ScaleEstablish and maintain scalable workflows, templates, and operating rhythmsIdentify gaps in the marketing technology stack and recommend tools to improve efficiency, capability, and scaleIdentify operational bottlenecks and design solutions that scale globally and work across functionsPartner closely with the CRM and RevOps teams to manage approvals, releases, and cross‑tool dependenciesDrive automation and standardization while maintaining flexibility where needed to support growthEnable segmentation, regional execution, and localization from an operational and systems perspectiveDesign, build, and continuously optimize workflows, processes, and automation supporting marketing campaigns and lifecycle programsAnalytics & InsightsDefine and own marketing and funnel metrics across the full customer journeyBuild and maintain executive‑ready dashboards and recurring performance reportingDeliver insights that inform investment decisions, strategy, optimization, and campaign performancePartner closely with RevOps and Finance on attribution, pipeline, and ROI measurementCross‑Functional Leadership & CollaborationServe as a trusted operational partner to Growth Marketing, Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, Product, and Regional Marketing teamsAlign on data definitions, KPIs, SLAs, and handoffs across GTM teamsSkills and Experience8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM OperationsMust be Marketo CertifiedProven experience operating in a scaled B2B organization (SaaS or complex GTM preferred)Deep, hands‑on expertise with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics toolsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsDemonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levelsExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsComfortable driving change, structure, and clarity in complex environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeMarketing operates with clarity, consistency, and speed at scaleLeadership has clear visibility into performance, impact, and ROITeams are enabled by systems and processes—not slowed down by themMarketing Ops is viewed as a strategic partner, not just a support functionCompensationThe estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $150,000 - $180,000 . The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
