Pay Range: $87,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually | Hybrid Schedule of 60% On-Site and 40% Remote/Monday-Friday/8:00 AM-5:00 PM/Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high level strategies and campaigns for assigned CNO Divisions. They will assist the Marketing team in developing marketing plans for programs, services or facilities that fall within their assigned Divisions. Will act as the subject-matter expert for an assigned market or area(s).

Primary Tasks:

  • Drive the strategy development and execution of marketing initiatives for brand campaigns at a divisional and departmental level. Guide both internal advertising and marketing team, as well as external agencies, in implementing strategies across all media channels.

  • Oversee the evaluation of marketing campaign and promotion performance by analyzing data and reports in order to implement changes, allowing for the most successful execution of communication strategies to optimize brand awareness and reach.

  • Responsible for becoming market expert for assigned divisions, businesses, programs, services and/or facilities to best understand specific marketing needs and make recommendations on short and long-term strategies by identifying emerging trends and issues.

  • Lead strategic marketing, communication, forecasting and financial meetings. Make recommendations on area-related marketing issues to both the operations/client and the Marketing Managers using data driven analysis and reports.

  • Work closely with the operational teams to understand marketing and communication needs, enabling them to meet their departmental or business goals and objectives by assisting the Marketing Managers in providing them with appropriate tools, materials and support.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring proper and consistent use of naming conventions, brand architecture and messaging strategies.

  • Oversee a marketing team and proactively seek out new opportunities to advance the brand, not just manage client requested assignments.

  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
  • Four (4) years of marketing experience on in-house or agency teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Experience forecasting and identifying trends and challenges
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and management
  • Two (2) years of management experience
