About Our Role:
The Senior Marketing Designer will report directly to the Marketing Manager. This role is full-time and on-site five days a week in our Burr Ridge, IL office with additional travel to our satellite locations in Houston, Phoenix, Portland, and Virginia, and occasional trade show travel to varied locations nationwide.
What You Will Do:
Learn A-Rent’s rental fleet, customer base, and market segments
Develop a working knowledge of electrical test equipment and industry terminology
Create and maintain marketing assets across digital, print, and trade show channels while ensuring consistency with A-Rent's brand standards and guidelines
Create graphics and content for LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, paid ad campaigns, newsletters, and webpages
Support video marketing initiatives through video ideation, copywriting, short form content creation, video editing, and posting
Update website content, including product pages, category pages, landing pages, and digital assets through our internal Content Management System (CMS)
Design and maintain trade show booth graphics, banners, signage, promotional materials, and event displays
Coordinate event materials, shipping, promotional items, and vendor relationships
Support Sales, Human Resources, and internal communication initiatives through photography, graphics, presentations, and newsletter development
Support Operations and Calibration teams by designing, producing, and managing branded operational assets, like stickers, labels, packing tape, and more
Design and maintain employee apparel, promotional products, and branded merchandise
Manage relationships with printing, promotional, apparel, and marketing vendors
Maintain marketing asset libraries, project trackers, and marketing documentation
Assist with purchasing, invoicing, and vendor payments related to Marketing
Contribute to our overall team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed?
Qualifications:
4-6 years of hands-on graphic design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and video
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
Experience creating social media, email marketing, web, print, presentation, and trade show assets
Experience with photography, photo editing, video content creation, video editing
Experience working with websites and Content Management Systems
Experience working directly with vendors, printers, promotional product suppliers
Experience in the electrical infrastructure industry is a major plus?
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or Communications, or a related field, although other relevant backgrounds will be considered?

$70,000 - $80,0000 annually
