Senior Marketing Business Operations Manager We are looking for a Senior Marketing Business Operations Manager to drive operations, execution, and follow-through for our Marketing Leadership.About the Role: The Senior Marketing Business Operations Manager is the driving force of operations, execution, and follow-through for Marketing Leadership. Working as a central member of the marketing organization, you will ensure the leadership team is organized, high-performing, and relentlessly focused on key near‑term growth drivers and long‑term brand strategy. You will act as the connective tissue across the department, ensuring that decisions made by Marketing Leadership are communicated clearly and executed across sub‑functional teams like Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Creative. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will manage both internal departmental initiatives and cross‑functional projects, optimizing the leadership team's time and ensuring the organization stays on track and in scope. This strategic partner role is essential for maintaining alignment, communication, and accountability across all marketing workstreams as the company scales. This is a full‑time, hybrid role which will require you to work from our San Francisco HQ office 3 days per week.Impact You'll Own:Partner with Marketing Leadership to drive team initiatives, including planning cycles, offsites, and strategic cross‑functional projects.Deeply understand the marketing culture and values.Translate executive vision into actionable plans and guide the broader team on the operational needs.Develop and support the execution of strategic programs, including managing leadership meetings, program‑managing key decisions, and maintaining ownership of departmental priorities.Act as a force multiplier for the SVP by ensuring alignment, communication, and accountability across all marketing workstreams.Chair weekly Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) meetings, manage agendas, capture action items, and cascade communications to the wider organization while ensuring consistent project documentation across all marketing workstreams.Organize and facilitate quarterly leadership offsites and annual planning sessions to ensure strategic alignment.Identify opportunities to improve departmental performance, champion marketing‑wide organizational health initiatives, and lead high‑impact special projects for the SVP (e.g., MarTech stack audits, agency evaluations, or cross‑functional GTM alignment).Represent the SVP in internal meetings to maintain project momentum and represent leadership priorities.Collaborate with Communications/PR teams to draft high‑level communications on behalf of the SVP, including internal newsletters, board slides, and presentations.Work closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the SVP's time is aligned with the most critical business priorities and that meetings are staffed appropriately.What You Bring:10+ years of experience in an operations, chief of staff, or senior project management role within a marketing or high‑growth business environment.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder workstreams with a high degree of organization.Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to distill complex strategy into clear “marching orders.”A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate roadblocks before they impact the team.Trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive departmental information and exercise good judgment.What Makes You Stand Out: Experience in a similar high‑growth marketing operations capacity.
