Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Program Performance Analyst. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nations fundamental defense services. General Dynamics Mission Systems employees work closely with esteemed customers to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions.
This position is responsible for providing cost and schedule management and analysis for programs. The Manufacturing Program Performance Analystwill develop the program time-phased cost or schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team. You will analyze program performance (historical and predictive), monitor the forecasted completion data, and make recommendations to Project Lead and Manufacturing Management. The analyst is an individual contributor taking direction from manager or team lead.

Combined Salary Range
USD $94,056.00 - USD $101,771.00 /Yr.
