Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator
Location: Canonsburg, PA
Pay Range: $23.21 – $26.78/hr
Work Schedule: 100% On-Site
The Senior Manufacturing / Production Operator performs production assembly and fabrication tasks on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies in production and pre-production environments. This role supports the build, integration, testing, and refurbishment of hardware systems used in advanced defense technologies.
Perform production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
Read and interpret basic schematics, drawings, and work instructions
Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing
Integrate subassemblies into final hardware and small system assemblies
Perform basic electrical testing and verification
Conduct rework, repair, and refurbishment of hardware and systems
Follow Bills of Material (BOM), work orders, and process documentation
Use measuring equipment and inspection criteria to verify quality
Support production teams with build, test, and integration activities
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2+ years of relevant manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
Knowledge of polarity, inspection criteria, BOMs, and work order tracking systems
Experience using measuring equipment and performing basic math calculations
Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Experience supporting electronic or cable/harness assembly environments
Ability to perform both repetitive and complex assembly tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced production environments
Team-oriented with commitment to continuous learning
Active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance required at time of hire
Candidates must be eligible for access to classified information and must be U.S. Citizens.
