Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our client in Decatur, AL. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer plays a vital role in the product lifecycle, ensuring designs are optimized for efficient and high quality production. This position partners closely with engineering and production teams to integrate manufacturability early in the design process, strengthen process reliability, and support ongoing improvements throughout production. The role is also responsible for developing and validating manufacturing processes, including ERP implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with design teams to incorporate Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) principles into product developmentApply advanced manufacturing expertise to improve production efficiency and product qualityLead and mentor junior manufacturing engineers, providing technical direction and supportServe as a subject matter expert in DFMA and statistical process control methodologiesCoordinate material planning and resource allocation to ensure production timelines are achievedSupport manufacturing workflow design, capacity planning, and forecasting activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing and engineering challengesLead process validation and product qualification effortsContribute to ERP (Epicor) implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
