The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will lead the development and optimization of advanced manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on CNC machining and medical device production. This role plays a key role in new product introductions (NPI), process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality, scalable production. With continued growth and investment in technology, they offer a collaborative environment focused on innovation, precision, and employee development.DescriptionThe Senior Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Develop and optimize CNC machining programs (multi-axis, milling, Wire EDM).Design fixtures, tooling, and work-holding solutions to improve efficiency and repeatability.Troubleshoot machining processes and implement high-efficiency machining strategies.Support new product launches from concept through full-scale production.Develop scalable, efficient manufacturing processes.Partner with cross-functional teams and customers on timelines and deliverables.Lead process validation efforts (IQ/OQ/PQ) and maintain documentation.Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and regulatory standards.Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase throughput.
