Job DescriptionDevelop and optimize manufacturing processes for ceramics. Improve yield, reduce defects, and minimize cycle times. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Specify and maintain tooling and manufacturing equipment. Create SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation. Support new product introduction and process scale-up. Partner with R&D, Quality, and Production teams. Ensure compliance with QMS and aerospace standards. Apply SPC and DOE methods for process improvements. Maintain safe handling practices and conduct risk assessments.
