As a Senior Business Strategy & AI Advisor, you will lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of Advisory offerings in Business Strategy and AI, Business Strategy, and Business Advisory Services.
You will partner with clients to shape and execute strategies that leverage AI technologies and innovative approaches for measurable business outcomes, ensuring responsible, scalable, and human-centric adoption as well as overall business readiness and enablement. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and implementation value, innovation, and organizational preparedness for transformation-leading clients and internal teams through ambiguity into clarity and value. You will provide strategic leadership to ensure that decision-making aligns to long term objectives for realized value as the trusted advisor for our clients.

AI & Data Expertise: Understanding of AI governance, generative AI, Copilot/LLM ecosystems, data maturity, and RAG architectures.
Technology Awareness: Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Azure, M365 Copilot, D365, Power Platform, Fabric/Databricks).
Workshop Facilitation: Skilled in strategic roadmapping, design thinking, and executive-level facilitation.
Change Leadership: Ability to drive adoption, manage risk, and embed responsible, ethical AI practices.
Human-Centric Leadership: High EQ, creativity, and a passion for building high-performing, future-ready teams.

Base Salary Pay Range: $125,000 - $190,000 USD/$125,000 - $175,000 CAD
