Position Summary:

Xponential Fitness is seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Manager of Treasury & Stock-Based Compensation to lead critical treasury operations and equity administration. This role will be instrumental in driving cash visibility, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring accurate and compliant stock-

based compensation reporting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and an opportunity to shape treasury strategy and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Treasury & Cash Management

Lead short- and long-term cash forecasting, providing actionable insights to senior leadership

Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity planning, and bank relationships

Optimize working capital and support capital allocation decisions

Oversee debt compliance, covenant reporting, and financing activities as needed

Enhance treasury processes, controls, and reporting capabilities

Stock-Based Compensation & Equity Administration

Own end-to-end stock-based compensation accounting (ASC 718)

Administer equity plans using ComputerShare, including grants, vesting, exercises, and reporting

Partner with HR, Legal, and external advisors on equity program design and execution

Prepare and review financial disclosures related to equity compensation (10-Q / 10-K)

Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness for all equity-related processes

Financial Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A on forecasting, budgeting, and reporting

Support monthly close processes related to treasury and equity compensation

Assist with investor relations requests and Board-level materials as needed

Drive process improvements and system enhancements across treasury and equity functions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA a plus)

6-10+ years of progressive experience in treasury and/or stock-based compensation

Strong knowledge of cash forecasting, liquidity management, and capital structure

Deep expertise in ASC 718 and equity compensation accounting

Hands-on experience with ComputerShare (or similar equity platforms)

Public company experience strongly preferred

Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with executive leadership
