We are currently searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. This is a great opportunity to be a valued business advisor and provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs. You will work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm's success. What You Will Do:
  • Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
  • Research and financial analysis of target companies.
  • Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
  • Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
  • Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
