They collaborate with Risk, Legal, Operations, and other teams to ensure technology initiatives align with risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, leading compliance programs, overseeing emerging technology risks, and supporting audits and exams.
They build and mentor a compliance team, promote a risk-aware culture, and communicate risks effectively to stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 8+ years in compliance or risk, knowledge of banking regulations, technology governance, and team leadership. Preferred: advanced degrees, certifications, and experience with digital assets or innovative tech. Salary ranges from $116K to $216K with flexible work options.
