About NexHealth
Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor's appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?
NexHealth's mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We're building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - Software to lead and scale our engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for an experienced engineering leader who excels at balancing technical depth, product intuition, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with Product, Design, Operations, and other Engineering leaders to define and execute on our roadmap, while scaling the team and raising the bar on engineering excellence. You'll be instrumental in influencing the direction of the product and ensuring the architecture supports NexHealth's growth and innovation goals.
