What you'll do...
The Senior Manager, Member Experiences will lead the strategy and execution of member-facing (B2C) events and activations across Sam's Club. This role is responsible for bringing the MAP retail experience network to life through in-club and in-market experiences that engage members, elevate the brand, and drive measurable business impact.
This role requires a strong operator and collaborator with expertise in experiential marketing, capable of translating strategy into high-quality execution. The ideal candidate blends creativity with operational rigor and thrives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

This team collaborates cross-functionally to implement scalable solutions that improve efficiency and support business growth. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
