You will serve as a trusted advisor, driving change, talent development, succession planning, and workforce initiatives.
Key responsibilities include translating business priorities into people actions, collaborating with cross-functional HR teams, leveraging data insights, and building strong relationships.
Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of HR experience in retail or similar environments, strong influencing skills, and the ability to operate within a matrixed organization.
Travel up to 35% may be required. Compensation ranges from $112,320 to $140,400 annually, with potential incentives.
