Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mock load cycles, data validation checks, reconciliation activities, and readiness sign-offs.
  • Coordinate test data readiness and validation for SIT, BST, UAT, PQ, and performance testing.
  • Manage release-level deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Ensure all MDG workflows, data models, business rules, and governance requirements are validated and ready for activation.
  • Collaborate with regional deployment teams to ensure markets meet data readiness expectations.
  • Drive release-level reporting readiness, including dashboards, KPIs, datasets, and analytics validation.
  • Lead cutover execution for data migration and ensure a controlled, compliant go-live.
  • Support hypercare resolution and stabilization of data issues post-go-live.
  • Provide release-level leadership, coaching, and coordination across cross-functional deployment teams.
  • Prepare release updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for steering committee and leadership reviews.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong program and release management skills, with experience managing data readiness milestones.
  • Deep understanding of SAP data migration methodology, ETL tools, mapping, and reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of MDG data models, workflow behavior, validation rules, and governance processes.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance and data quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local teams.
  • Experience supporting mock loads, cutover, and hypercare cycles.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data processes.
  • Comfort with pace, pressure, and multi-tasking across parallel deployment streams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, MDG, data governance, or analytics deployment roles.
  • Hands-on experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC deployment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP master data across MM, SD, FI/CO, BP, and related modules.
