Position Summary...
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced associate to join our team as a Senior Manager, Real Estate Store Assessment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing real estate projects, particularly in store assessment and development. We are searching for individuals with backgrounds in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, and architecture. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
This role will be field-based and require frequent travel to project sites (up to 85%).

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
