The Role

The Senior Manager, Real Estate & Construction is a key leadership role reporting to the COO, responsible for overseeing Imagen’s real estate portfolio and all construction-related initiatives. This role drives the execution of lease strategy, practice buildouts, expansions, and capital projects—ensuring alignment with operational, financial, and growth objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end real estate and construction initiatives, including lease negotiations, remodels, expansions, and de novo projects
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure strategic, cost-effective real estate decisions
• Oversee vendor selection, project execution, and capital budgets—ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Manage lease lifecycle, key terms, and landlord relationships
• Drive portfolio planning and capital improvement strategy in alignment with growth goals
• Provide leadership visibility into project performance, risks, and financial impact

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, construction, facilities, or project management
• Proven track record managing multi-site portfolios, lease negotiations, and construction projects
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing CapEx budgets, forecasting, and project economics
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders across the organization
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in project management tools and advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, dental, or high-growth multi-site environments preferred
• Advanced degree preferred
• Health Care real estate experience 
• Located in Phoenix, AZ
