Senior Manager Quality Control leads one functional team or activity within a development program. The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing resources such as research, quality assurance, and process automation within Membership and other WO Development departments.

The Senior Manager Quality Control will work towards meeting the strategic priorities of the program by developing and coordinating quality assurance for approved test designs and campaign plans, and completing and/or overseeing day-to-day tasks. They will manage guidelines and analyze factual information to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems. They will report to leadership on activities. The Senior Manager must be an expert in the systems and resources utilized by the team; applies knowledge to managing support and process communications related to the campaign development lifecycle. They will develop documentation, modify processes, and participate in the enhancement of systems and tools used by the team. The Senior Manager will keep up-to-date on market trends and best practices in order to improve quality, automation, and throughput. The Senior Manager works in close cooperation with any or all of the campaign stakeholders within Membership and other WO Development departments. They will report findings, recommendations, and deliver feedback to relevant Development campaign stakeholders to align outputs with strategic requirements. They will manage diverse tasks, analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, project outcomes, and implement solutions in order to improve effectiveness.

The Senior Manager Quality Control is responsible for validating campaign requirements documentation, audience selection, segmentation, test design integrity, audience sizes, and data output content across all campaign types. This role is expected to be a change agent by evaluating, piloting, and deploying more efficient processes using new technologies, tools, and automation.
  • Execute end-to-end quality validation to ensure that technical development accurately reflects campaign requirements, including audience segmentation, source codes, and output file content using a combination of manual and automated processes to validate personalization and quantities.
  • Review and intake strategy and program documentation to gain a detailed understanding of audience selection and segmentation criteria, audience / campaign size, test design, audience personalization, and output requirements.
  • Identify special requirements needed to support performing quality assurance of new and ongoing programs.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to program quality assurance and report findings to stakeholders for approval by identifying and escalating errors, proposing solutions, and documenting findings.
  • Ensure the integrity of test designs throughout the campaign development lifecycle by gaining a deep understanding of audience segmentation requirements and the marketing automation process.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues. In most cases, responsible for validating the implemented solution and communicating the solution to stakeholders.
  • Monitor data output for data quality and integrity as it relates to campaign efforts in TNC's marketing automation platform, which is currently SAS CI360.
  • Create SQL and/or M Code queries to sample data, perform analysis, and generate reporting to ensure audience sizing and output file content accuracy.
