Responsibilities

- Lead team 8-10 high profile technology expertise with responsible for:
- Technology Strategy: Develop and execute technology roadmaps focused on next-generation engineering plastics (like PA, HTN, PBT, Elastomers, PPS, LCP…)
- New Product Development: Lead the design and commercialization of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with industry needs
- Product Localization and productivity
- Customer support, Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with global teams across R&D, manufacturing, and sales to ensure seamless technology transfer, scale-up, and market entry, while addressing regional regulatory and customer requirements.
Qualifications

### Technical Knowledge
- Master or PhD degree in polymer, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related areas.
- 10 Years industry experience in Engineer plastic with Deep understanding of polymer chemistry, processing techniques (e.g., injection molding, extrusion), and material characterization.
### Leadership and Communication
- Proven experience (>3 years management experience) in managing higher profile technology teams, fostering innovation, and translating technical concepts into business value.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.
### Industry Awareness
- Knowledge of key applications (e.g., automotive, electronics) and challenges such as chemical resistance, sustainability, and cost optimization.
