Were looking for bold, entrepreneurial talent ready to help build something extraordinary - and reshape the future of building products distribution.

QXO is a publicly traded company founded by Brad Jacobs with the goal of building the market-leading company in the building products distribution industry. On April 30, 2025, QXO completed its first acquisition: Beacon Building Products, a leading distributor in the sector.

We are building a customer-focused, tech-enabled, and innovation-driven business that will scale rapidly through accretive M&A, organic growth, and greenfield expansion. Our strategy is rooted in delivering exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and leveraging data, digital tools, and AI to modernize a historically under-digitized industry.

What youll do:

  • Lead enterprise architecture for Order To Cash capabilities across quoting, pricing, order capture, fulfillment, billing, and collections across QXO and acquired operating companies.
  • Define and evolve the target architecture supporting QXOs revenue platforms including order management, pricing systems, customer portals, and Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Support acquisition diligence by assessing Order To Cash system landscapes and defining pragmatic integration strategies for newly acquired companies.
  • Design scalable architecture patterns that enable rapid onboarding of new operating companies while progressing toward standardized enterprise customer and order platforms.
  • Define, document, and enforce architectural standards and patterns for Order To Cash platforms, integrations, and customer data flows across the enterprise.
  • Partner with Engineering, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Security teams to align revenue platform technology approaches and sequencing.
  • Translate revenue operations into clear technical decisions and execution plans.
  • Guide architecture decisions across order management systems, pricing engines, billing platforms, and customer data ecosystems.
  • Ensure architectural alignment across commerce platforms, ERP, integration services, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Identify architecture risks early and reduce operational disruption during platform transitions and acquisitions.
  • Balance speed and pragmatism with architectural coherence across a rapidly growing enterprise.
  • Influence teams and stakeholders to align on architecture decisions without direct authority.
  • Provide clear recommendations and say "no" when required, with credibility grounded in revenue impact, scalability, cost, and delivery risk.

What youll bring:

Specialized Knowledge
