We are seeking a visionary and results‑driven Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to elevate our marketing capabilities.What you'll doLead Marketing Operations & Execution: Design, plan, and execute marketing operations processes, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery across global teams.Distill marketing strategies into clear plans, workflows, and execution frameworks.Build and optimize operational workflows and lead the integration of AI into marketing operations, moving from strategic pilots to scalable implementation.Re‑engineer key marketing workflows (planning, campaign execution, reporting) to be AI‑first and modular, while ensuring human creativity and strategic judgment remain central.Design and implement AI‑enabled processes and operating models that increase speed, consistency, and performance.Strategic Planning & Resource AllocationDrive annual and quarterly marketing planning processes, ensuring alignment with global priorities and regional needs.Partner with marketing leadership to ensure effective resource allocation across initiatives, regions, and teams.Support leadership with long‑term planning, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support.Oversee Budget & Financial ManagementManage the global marketing budget, ensuring disciplined and effective financial oversight.Serve as the primary point of contact with Finance for marketing financial reporting, forecasting, and management. Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance.Champion Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceIdentify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across marketing operations, with a particular focus on AI‑enabled automation.Build scalable, repeatable processes that support rapid growth and evolving organizational needs.Provide Leadership & Foster CollaborationFoster a collaborative, results‑driven environment that encourages open communication, knowledge sharing, and experimentation with new AI‑enabled approaches.Influence and align stakeholders across a highly matrixed, global organization.Provide guidance and operational leadership to marketing teams on both traditional operations and AI adoption.Must‑Have Qualifications7–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, business operations, or related roles.Hands‑on experience applying generative AI to marketing processes, workflows, or content operations.Proven experience supporting global, multi‑region marketing organizations.Strong background in marketing planning, operational execution, and performance reporting.Demonstrated expertise in budget management and financial forecasting with close partnership with Finance.Experience building, scaling, and optimizing processes, workflows, and governance models in complex, matrixed environments, particularly through AI enablement and process transformation.Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP‑level leaders, with confidence and credibility.Experience translating high‑level strategy into clear, actionable operational plans and decision‑ready materials.Strong executive communication skills, including deck creation, narrative development, and presenting in senior leadership forums.Experience partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, Analytics, Legal, Procurement, IT, Brand, and external vendors.Familiarity with marketing operations tools, workflow/project management systems, marketing finance platforms, and AI/automation tools.Deep understanding of brand governance, legal/compliance requirements, and how to operationalize them in AI‑enabled systems.Ability to lead through influence, fostering alignment across global teams and time zones.Comfortable testing, iterating, and learning quickly in pilot environments.Nice‑to‑Have QualificationsExperience building or working with AI agents, prompt libraries, or marketing automation tools.Background in change enablement and transformation programs related to AI or technology adoption.Experience in regulated industries.Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78,000 to $87,000.
