The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic financial insights to support growth and operational excellence within a multi-site behavioral health organization.
They partner with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans, translating complex data into actionable insights for executive and Board reporting.
Responsibilities include managing budgeting processes, supporting capital planning, analyzing performance trends, and collaborating on investor relations.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of finance experience, strong communication skills, and a CPA (preferred). They must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
