The Senior Reliability & Maintenance Manager leads enterprise-wide maintenance across approximately 60 locations in four states, fostering a proactive preventive maintenance culture, improving asset reliability, and reducing downtime. They manage and develop a team of millwrights, prioritize maintenance tasks, and partner with Operations and Safety to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.
With extensive experience in multi-site maintenance, they design and implement preventive programs, manage CMMS adoption, and utilize data for root cause analysis and continuous improvement. They coordinate resources, manage vendors, oversee safety practices, and support budget and inventory management.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, and safety knowledge are essential, along with the ability to work independently in dynamic environments, travel routinely, and handle industrial conditions. Certifications in reliability or maintenance are preferred.
