Senior Manager, Medical Group Programs and Services

The Senior Manager Medical Group Programs and Clinical Services leads the planning, execution, and sustainment of complex programs and enterprise processes that support organizational strategy, growth, and operational excellence. This role integrates program management and process management disciplines, ensuring initiatives are executed effectively from concept through implementation and transition to operations, while promoting safety, compliance, and high-quality outcomes for patients, associates, and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Licensure / Certification: Project or performance management certification (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, program management, or performance improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with operational and clinical leaders in ambulatory or medical group settings.
  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives through planning, execution, and sustainment.
  • Prior experience in a senior, lead, or supervisory role preferred.
