Summary:
The Rick Goings Institute (RGI) at Rollins College is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM to join their team! The The Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM is RGI's senior marketing leader and the person accountable for building the Institute's brand presence, driving lead generation across all digital channels, and ensuring the CRM is a high-functioning engine for sales and pipeline development. This role owns the Institute's marketing strategy and execution: social media, graphic content, email campaigns, website, and the full database infrastructure that supports growth.
This is a senior, strategically minded role for a marketing professional who leads from the front - setting the standard for brand quality, campaign performance, and data integrity while personally executing across channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view on what great marketing looks like, the technical skills to produce it, and the discipline to keep the backend systems that power it running with precision.
The Senior Manager, Marketing & CRM reports directly to the Managing Director and operates as a key member of the RGI leadership team, partnering closely with the Director of Corporate Development to ensure marketing outputs and CRM infrastructure actively drive pipeline development, lead generation, and institutional visibility.
Essential Job Functions
Social Media Management
Own and manage RGI's social media presence across LinkedIn and other active platforms: developing a consistent content calendar, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
Produce platform-native content that reflects RGI's voice and brand standards, including thought leadership posts, program announcements, event promotions, instructor spotlights, and alumni highlights
Monitor social performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-through); report results to the MD on a regular cadence and adjust content strategy based on what is working
Stay current on platform best practices and algorithm changes; proactively recommend content formats and posting strategies that maximize organic reach
Support the Director of Corporate Development with social content that advances business development and partnership visibility goals
Graphic Design & Visual Content Production
Design graphics, visual assets, and branded materials for social media, email campaigns, event promotions, program marketing, and website use, maintaining consistency with RGI's visual brand standards across every output
Produce presentation templates, one-pagers, digital ads, event graphics, and other marketing collateral as directed by the MD or Director of Corporate Development
Maintain an organized library of brand assets, approved templates, photography, and design files that the full RGI team can access and use
Ensure all visual content is production-ready, appropriately sized for each channel, and delivered on time to support campaign and program launch schedules
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution
Build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns for executive education programs, events, partner outreach, alumni engagement, and institutional announcements, managing all aspects from copywriting and design through list selection, send, and post-campaign analysis
Develop and manage automated email nurture sequences that move prospective participants and corporate contacts through the funnel from initial inquiry to enrollment or engagement
Manage email list hygiene: suppression lists, unsubscribe compliance, bounce management, and segment accuracy; ensure every send reaches the right audience
Track and report on email performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes, and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with the Director of Corporate Development to support sales outreach sequences and prospect communication cadences through the CRM email toolset
Website Management & Digital Presence
Own the day-to-day content management of the RGI website: updating program pages, event listings, faculty bios, news posts, and other content to ensure the site is always accurate, current, and reflects active offerings
Coordinate with any external web vendors or developers on technical updates, feature additions, or design changes; serve as the internal point of contact and quality reviewer for all website work
Monitor website performance via Google Analytics or equivalent tools; surface traffic trends, high-performing pages, and drop-off points to the MD with recommendations for improvement
Ensure all website forms, landing pages, and registration links are functional and properly connected to CRM workflows; test and troubleshoot issues proactively
Maintain SEO best practices across site content; support any paid search or digital advertising campaigns with properly structured landing pages
CRM Administration & Sales Pipeline Support
Own and maintain CRM data integrity across all contact records, audience segments, pipeline stages, lead source tagging, and engagement history, ensuring the database is always clean, current, and sales-ready
Build and manage audience segments and contact lists for targeted outreach campaigns, event invitations, program promotions, and sales prospecting; deliver accurate, well-segmented lists to the Director of Corporate Development on request
Support lead generation by ensuring all inbound leads from website forms, event registrations, email campaigns, and social media are captured accurately in the CRM, properly tagged, and routed to the appropriate follow-up workflow
Maintain pipeline visibility by keeping deal stages, contact activity, and follow-up tasks current; flag stale records, incomplete data, or pipeline gaps to the MD and Director of Corporate Development
Run regular CRM reporting: lead volume, pipeline activity, campaign attribution, and audience engagement summaries delivered to the MD on a consistent cadence
Coordinate data hygiene on a recurring schedule: deduplication, list pruning, contact enrichment, and record standardization to ensure data quality never degrades
