As a Marketing & Communications Senior Manager, you'll create communications and marketing materials for our North America Claims organization, partnering closely with senior leadership to elevate our voice, strengthen our reputation and influence key stakeholders across the U.S. Exceptional writing is at the heart of this role. You are a skilled communicator who can craft clear, compelling narratives and adapt your voice for a variety of audiences and channels.

You'll turn complex subject matter into engaging and impactful stories - whether you're writing executive communications, developing articles, drafting thought leadership or shaping executive presentations. • Dig deep. Job Requirements
You have a minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, journalism or a related field. You're an impeccable writer, editor and storyteller with mastery of AP style and a reputation for clean, precise work. You can adapt tone and voice for different channels and audiences. You have demonstrable experience creating internal messages, articles, presentations, talking points and other research-based content, and have a portfolio of published work. You bring experience with events and town halls, and you understand how to design moments that influence outcomes. You're energized by high-level projects, tight turnarounds and the chance to shape a brand's voice. You're comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders of all levels, balancing perspectives and building alignment. You're a quick study and skilled interviewer who can dive into new subjects, ask the right questions and synthesize information from subject matter experts. You have a familiarity with financial services and/or insurance topics and understand the varieties of B2B and B2C subject matter. You have expertise using analytics to measure and refine content effectiveness. You're adaptable, curious, polished and always looking for ways to elevate the work. You are an expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Compensation
The pay range for the role is $108,000-$156,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
