Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial performance through budget and P&L management, drive growth by achieving annual volume and market share goals, implement sales initiatives, lead a team, analyze execution gaps, develop customer growth strategies, engage with local store leaders, ensure compliance with CMAs, collaborate on improvement initiatives, and monitor market conditions as the Senior Manager, Market Execution
  • Coach and train Sales Development Managers on best practices and execution strategies for effective market execution.
  • Oversee budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met and resources are optimized for operational efficiency
  • Deliver annual volume, profit, and market share growth plans in alignment with the Market Unit objectives
  • Analyze execution gaps and develop action plans to enhance success metrics in collaboration with Distribution Center leadership teams
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive mutual growth and enhance overall customer relations
  • Travel up to 50% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
