Repligen is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and strategic Senior Manager, Manufacturing to lead and oversee all production activities within our custom plastics fabrication shop. This includes process deployment aids, fabrication of thermoplastic tanks, and various rigid accessories. This role is responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes operate efficiently, safely, and reliably while meeting quality and delivery objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and a track record of managing people and systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required:
At least one of the following:
BS/BA degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field and 8+ years of related experience, or
Masters Degree in related field and 6+ years of experience, or
PhD and 3+ years of related experience.
At least 4 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control principles, and health and safety regulations.
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Proficiency with production management software (ERP, MES, or similar systems).
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive approach to operational challenges.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Background in manufacturing, with experience in cabinet or furniture making, mechanical engineering, carpentry, and/or working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles.

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $126,000/yr. - $193,200/yr. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
