The Sr. Manager, Major Maintenance reports to the Director Heavy Maintenance, and has direct oversight of the assigned Major Maintenance activities including direct supervision of Maintenance Field Representatives to ensure the highest degree of Compliance, Reliability and Technical Support that support the companys economical, initiatives and metrics are met. Major Job Accountabilities: Lead Direct Reports in Preparing and Prioritizing Major Maintenance activities as requested by the Maintenance Planning department. Prepare, recommend and manage annual fiscal operating and capital budgets for the department.
