The Opportunity

The Learning & Coaching team is responsible for empowering our Branch and sales professionals to build trusted relationships and deliver modern wealth management to our clients through world-class learning and coaching experiences. Our goal is to enable increased engagement and retention of clients, enhance confidence in the professionals we support, and improve overall sales professional performance. This role plays a critical part in ensuring we provide a world-class learning journey that attracts, develops and retains top talent, empowers professionals to deepen client relationships, embraces modern wealth management and drives meaningful client outcomes.

What You Will Do (Skills‑Based Responsibilities)

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Design the end-to-end strategy and experience for learning and coaching across all roles in our Branch Network. Set a vision and roadmap to get there, in partnership with key stakeholders and team members.
  • Large Initiative Program Management: Provide strategic project leadership across key initiatives, including development of project plans and timelines, day-to-day project management, executive updates, stakeholder feedback and performance measurement.
  • Executive Storytelling and Communications: Influence leaders, partners and peers through both verbal and written (PowerPoint) communications to gain alignment on key decisions, strategic roadmap and priorities, and initiative launch timelines.
  • Managing Intake & Prioritization: Manage intake process through Smartsheet to ensure alignment of priorities, resources and portfolio of work across team. Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure alignment and buy-in on prioritization and implementation strategy.

What you have

  • Storytelling and executive communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can communicate a strategy through executive-level PowerPoint materials, tailoring your message to the audience and telling a compelling story to drive to our desired outcomes.
  • Planning and executing large & complex projects: You are able to create and oversee several project workstreams to meet an organization''s needs. By assessing their status, setting clear objectives, and outlining important workstreams and actions, you help make projects and tasks more organized and understandable. You also coordinate multiple projects by setting structured timelines and collaborating with various working groups and cross-functional stakeholders.Structured Problem Solving and Decision Support: You break down complex or ambiguous problems into key elements, establish a clear framework, and collect crucial data to drive decisions. You assess and prioritize business impacts, form opinions, and set objectives, structure, and plans to mobilize resources
  • Bias for action and adaptability: You adjust quickly to unexpected changes in priorities and navigate and lead through ambiguity. You overcome obstacles, tackle challenges creatively, and successfully execute, at times, under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships with a diverse range of partners and working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver initiatives, including evaluating opportunities and making recommendations based on the unique needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in strategy, communications, project management, sales operations or client experience-type roles preferred.
  • Financial Services industry experience is preferred.
