Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning and Development (Commercial) to design, build, and execute a best-in-class global training and enablement program for our growing commercial organization. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our sales, field applications, and commercial teams are equipped with the scientific, sales, and market knowledge needed to successfully position Alamar's proteomics solutions.
This individual will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Product Management to deliver scalable, high-impact training programs that drive performance, accelerate onboarding, and support continued commercial excellence as we grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Strategy & Program Development
Content Development & Delivery
Create engaging, high-quality training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, playbooks, certifications) in close collaboration with marketing, product and sales
Establish instruction design standards and requirements for use by content development partners including marketing and product management
Deliver live and virtual training sessions, including:
New hire onboarding
Product launches
Sales meetings and regional workshops
Ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with evolving product and market dynamics
Field Enablement & Performance Support
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
Measurement & Continuous Improvement

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
