The Senior Manager, Global Loyalty Marketing is responsible for leading strategy, development and activation of marketing planning, programs, products, promotions, and communications for assigned marketing initiatives across loyalty and partnerships. This role will work cross-functionally with Loyalty and Redemption program teams to build marketing promotions that drive meaningful revenue and member engagement through owned, paid, and partner media channels.
Your day to day
Serve as the central marketing leader across cross-functional teams and external partners to build and deliver Loyalty-Driven Revenue, Reward Night, and Ambassador marketing and communications plans to drive in-the-year commercial performance and member engagement.
Monitor campaign and product performance daily and drive continuous optimizations through deep understanding of loyalty, finance, and channel touchpoints.
Facilitate planning conversations with cross functional team members including Loyalty, Finance, and Analytics, to understand business needs and objectives and turn them into actionable marketing ideas.
Own and manage marketing budget, effectively allocating funds and conducting budget audits in partnership with business financial partners. Evaluate pro-forma and post-initiative/campaign financial analyses, including incremental impact and return on investment, to incorporate findings into future campaigns.
Manage external agency and partner relationships to ensure clear communications in planning process and throughout campaign development and execution, while building strong, trusting relationships across the internal organization to support overall team objectives.
Serves as a central connector across L&P Marketing and partners closely with Loyalty, Finance, GIAD, and P&T to build annual and quarterly plans.
Lead, coach, and develop marketing team members providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance management.
What we need from you
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $115,000.00 to $130,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
