Senior Manager, Global Legal Operations leads and manages the processes, systems, and strategy that support effective and efficient delivery of legal services across a global organization. This role oversees legal technology, records and vendor management, billing, knowledge management, and data analytics, while driving cross‑functional initiatives to modernize and improve legal operations. The position manages and develops a team of legal operations professionals, ensuring strong management changes, stakeholder adoption, and consistent internal controls. Additionally, the role partners closely with Legal leadership and Finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and optimization of legal spending.

What You Will Do
- Lead and optimize global Legal Operations, including legal technology, automation, records management, vendor management, and billing processes.
- Manage and develop a team of legal operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance leadership.
- Drive cross‑functional, enterprise‑level initiatives that transform legal service delivery through process improvement and change management.
- Oversee knowledge management systems to ensure consistent access to legal resources and best practices across the organization.
- Own legal financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and value realization from legal spend.
- Leverage data, reporting, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, improve decision‑making, and align Legal Operations with business strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives, including legal operations or comparable enterprise functions.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing teams, including legal or professional services roles.
- Background working in or supporting a global business environment, with strong exposure to legal operations best practices and transformation efforts.
