Seeking a Senior Manager, Geospatial Technology to lead the Geospatial Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team.
Responsibilities include overseeing geospatial initiatives in GIS, reality capture, remote sensing, IoT, and digital twins, setting best practices, and driving innovation.
Lead, motivate, and evaluate the team, build internal and external relationships, and align geospatial efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with vendors, support IT infrastructure, and develop standards for AEC practices.
Engage with stakeholders to identify use cases, develop solutions, and support business growth.
Manage staff performance, mentor team members, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum qualifications include 12+ years of relevant experience, 4+ years in leadership, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Position offers remote/hybrid work options, with a pay range of $150,155 to $262,787.
