Seeking a Senior Manager, Geospatial Technology to lead the Geospatial Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions team.
Lead, supervise, and inspire the team, aligning efforts with organizational goals.
Drive strategic geospatial initiatives using GIS, remote sensing, IoT, digital twins, and custom workflows for AEC projects.
Establish best practices, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with IT to support infrastructure and security.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into innovative digital solutions, prioritize use cases, and support business growth.
Manage staff performance, mentor team members, and foster positive communication and teamwork.
Present to internal and external audiences, contribute to marketing and business development, and participate in R&D activities.
Requires 12+ years of relevant experience, leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities. Travel may be required.
