As the Sr. Manager, FP&A Strategic Projects, youll play a key role in driving strategic financial analysis and supporting commercial growth initiatives across the division. Youll report to the VP of Finance and will have the opportunity to influence organizational growth, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and develop insights that directly impact business performance and long-term strategy.

What Youll Do
- Partner with commercial leadership to evaluate funnel sufficiency, backlog trends, and revenue forecasts to improve growth predictability
- Lead financial modeling and analysis for strategic initiatives, including both short- and long-term business planning efforts
- Collaborate with Pricing and Product Management teams to support data-driven pricing strategies in a dynamic market environment
- Build and enhance financial models and analytical tools to improve forecasting accuracy and business insights
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and strategic messaging during monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain and operations to improve financial visibility, reporting accuracy, and inventory optimization
- Analyze trends across sales, manufacturing, and profitability, identifying key risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Support M&A and capital investment initiatives through ROI modeling and business case development
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting, and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred) with 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis capabilities, with a deep understanding of business drivers
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or OneStream preferred)
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
