    Senior Manager – Financial Reporting & Accounting
    Washington, DC (Hybrid: 2 days in office)
    $140,000 – $150,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits

    What You’ll Do
    • Oversee financial reporting and corporate accounting for a complex, multi-entity environment.
    • Handle technical accounting areas such as investments, reserves, and expense accruals.
    • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.
    • Manage banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, and light treasury functions.
    • Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and ensure compliance with GAAP.

    What We’re Looking For
    • 5 - 7+ years of relevant accounting experience (public/private mix ideal).
    • CPA strongly preferred
    • Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with complex accounting items.
    • Excellent communication, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Compensation & Perks
    • $140K–$150K base + 10% bonus
