What the day will look like * Lead digital transformation efforts across financial systems, driving automation and scalable architecture. * Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. * Architect and maintaincomplex, multi-dimensional financial data modelsthat support dynamic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis * LeverageDatabricks, Snowflake and other AI platformsto manage large-scale financial data and enable predictive analytics and machine learning. * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to deliver real-time insights. * Conduct systems analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. * Manage reconciliation processes between Workday, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), and other financial subsystems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Maintain documentation and enforce data governance and internal control standards. How this opportunity is different * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master's or CPA preferred. * Expertise in financial systems, including Workday and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). * Strong proficiency in data modeling and dashboarding tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau). * Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar AI/data platforms. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, general ledger). * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master's or CPA preferred. * Expertise in financial systems, including Workday and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). * Strong proficiency in data modeling and dashboarding tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau). * Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar AI/data platforms. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, general ledger).For positions in San Francisco and Los Angeles, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction record in accordance with local Fair Chance ordinances.
