Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

$109,300.00 - $180,200.00

What Is the Opportunity?
The Business Insurance Analytics & Research group is seeking an experienced and resourceful Senior Manager, Data Management to join our growing External Data team. In this highly visible, primarily business-focused role, you''ll execute and champion the ongoing refinement of BI''s external data strategy, partnering with stakeholders and Enterprise teams to ensure strong alignment within the broader Travelers framework. This position may manage others.
The External Data team owns the full lifecycle of bringing new external data, products, and services into the organization - including vendor relationship management, price negotiation, cybersecurity tracking, and supplier risk management. This role offers meaningful leadership exposure through collaboration across departments and involvement in a wide range of exciting, high-impact initiatives.
