Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager for Oracle EPM Freeform will provide functional / technical services to maintain Oracle EPM solutions within the Quest environment and will develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide support and guidance on the EPM solution to the Quest end users. This role will oversee the strategic alignment of Oracle EPM with business objectives, ensuring seamless financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support the organization's mission of delivering high-quality patient care.Please note this is a hybrid opportunity (3 days in office & 2 days WFH). The position can be based in one of the following locations: Secaucus, NJ, Schaumburg IL Lenexa, KS, Dallas, TX, Tampa, FL.Pay Range:$160,000 - $170,000 / yearSalary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Includes multi-currency and Workforce modulesSupport business units as solution needs arise. Effective time management and communications are keyTake leadership role related to system enhancements and implementation projectsProvide subject matter expertise managing third party vendors and internal staffResponsible to work with business partners to gather, translate requirements and deliver business solutions as neededTest Oracle monthly patches in development applications to make sure they will work in productionSubmit, track and work with Oracle to resolve open SRs which may arise / are needed to resolve solution issuesConfiguration changes to application functionality, and assist with testing Maintain and write calc scripts in BSO/ASO languages with a strong understanding of GroovyMaintain a Narrative Reporting application for reports, books, bursts, and scheduled jobsDevelop automated data interfaces and automations using EPM Automate and Data Exchange, FDMEE skills are a plusKnowledge of FDMEE/Data Exchange and REST APIs neededSupport month-end close process, annual system roll forward, enterprise budget process and monthly forecast process supportQualifications: Required Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing solutions for Fortune 500 companies.Oracle Planning Cloud (Strategic Modeling, Financials, Projects, Capital, and Workforce modules)Oracle EPCM module developmentStrong Project leadership and system strategy directionCapable of effectively managing internal and third-party resourcesEPM Freeform ASO cube maintenance, development and administrationSmart View, Narrative Reporting, and Management ReportingKnowledge to edit Groovy codeEPM Instance security development and administration.Calculation Manager development and troubleshootingProvide technical support for access management related issuesPreferred Work Experience: Working experience with Oracle EPM FreeForm modules, Groovy code, Multi currency processing. Working experience with Data Relationship Management (DRM) and FreeformSupport Annual SOX Audit review and evidenceTest and monitor monthly system patchesDRM knowledge a plus Technical Knowledge: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to solve problems and make decisions. Include critical thinking, research, data analysis, and creativityThe ability to focus on and manage details, as well as to prioritize tasks and manage timeUnderstands core financial accounting concepts, metrics, processes and systemsSkills: Self-motivated with strong work ethicsKnowledge of RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere, being UiPath the preferred oneCompetent with programming languages such as C# and PythonProficient in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, Access and VBAExperience in process analysis, design, and implementationStrong Project leadership and system strategy directionCapable of effectively managing internal and third-party resourcesUnderstanding of finance processes and systemsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExperience managing projects. Prioritizing, scheduling, and completing multiple projects with competing resourcesWork Environment:Hybrid work assignment working 3 days a week in a collaborative office environmentEducation:Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience. (Required)Oracle EPM, Hyperion ESSBASE, Financial Management, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reports. EPBCS, EMDCS, NR and TRCS solutions for any enhancements.
