Senior Manager - Developmental Services:

The Senior Manager offers leadership, supervision, expertise, and risk assessment in the areas of intake, residential, day supports, crisis/clinical, family respite, and assessment to staff that provide a broad array of services to children, families, and/or adults with intellectual disabilities and/or complex emotional, behavioral, psychiatric, and/or medical needs. The Senior Manager advises Agency leadership on issues relating to program direction, policy changes, and crisis response.  This position will facilitate, mediate, and troubleshoot conflicts that arise between clients, families, other agencies, contracted providers, community members, and staff.     

Responsibilities:

  • Provides supervision, training, and monitors performance to direct reports and for community based programs and their associated staff
  • Recruits and onboard new employees
  • Oversees development, management, and accuracy of the program budgets
  • Develops support strategies and creates programs to meet the needs of clients with both internal and external partners
  • Coordinates broad community based out-reach and education
  • Oversees and ensures that physical facilities are properly equipped, maintained and safe as per the requirements of state regulatory agencies.
  • Responsible for overseeing the implementation of all relevant State and Federal regulations
  • Complete and review required program documentation
  • Advise or respond to emergent needs on the week-ends and evenings as available
  • Rotation in on call supervisor coverage and shift coverage is expected as needed
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
  • Driving required

Requirements:

  • Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services, including two years’ supervising, managing, and leading a team.
  • QDDP,  LCMHC or LISCW or license eligible
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and use of a personal vehicle
  • Two years’ supervising, managing, and leading a team

Structure:

  • Full time (37.5 hours)
  • Exempt
  • Annual salary starting at $70,321.82
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
