Harm policy What you will do: The Johnson Controls Corporate Development
team focuses on identification, evaluation and execution of mergers,
acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments and other strategic
transactions to drive our inorganic corporate strategy. We are seeking a
dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Corporate Development to
lead these transactions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record in end-to-end execution of merger and acquisition transactions.
How you will do it: Lead all activities related to Mergers and
Acquisitions (M&A) projects. This includes private or public
acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, minority investment, and
divestitures of existing business units. Prepare acquisition case
presentation including strategic rationale, detailed business plan,
valuation, return metrics, integration into current Johnson Controls
portfolio and other relevant acquisition related topics. Develop
detailed financial projections, perform valuation analyses (DCF, public
comparables, precedent transactions, LBO etc.) and transaction return
analysis; assess synergies and risks. Lead complex cross-functional due
diligence efforts with internal and external teams, including business,
