Position Summary...

The Senior Manager, Controllership, leads the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. This role oversees accounting operations, financial audits, and balance sheet reconciliations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The position drives business plan execution by identifying operational needs and performance metrics, fostering team development through coaching and mentoring, and promoting adherence to company policies and ethical standards.The role requires adaptability, strategic insight, and a commitment to delivering accurate financial information that supports organizational objectives.

About the Team

The Controllership team leads the consolidation and reporting of global financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This team drives financial planning, risk mitigation, and internal controls to support strategic business objectives. Members collaborate across departments to enhance operational processes and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The team fosters continuous improvement, upholds integrity, and delivers insightful financial analysis to guide decision-making. Additionally, the team manages master data for legal entities, general ledger accounts, locations, and segments to ensure accurate financial activity and reporting.

What you'll do...

  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Analyze financial data, investigate variances, and communicate business impacts within regulatory frameworks.

  • Ensure adherence to reporting policies, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and government filing requirements.

  • Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate financial documentation and maintain compliance.

  • Develop dashboard reporting for master data working with our business partners in Tech and data stewards.

What you'll bring...

  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.

  • Expertise in managing master data and ensuring accuracy in the financial statements for the master data elements.

  • Proficiency with Oracle Essbase and SAP General Ledger systems.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.

  • Ability to drive business plans, measure performance, and adapt strategies to meet organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications...
