About the Opportunity
Our client is a publicly traded, commercial-stage global biotechnology company recognized for its pioneering antibody science in oncology and hematology. With a growing U.S. commercial presence in the Princeton, NJ area, they are looking for a Senior Manager to be an active leader on their most important commercialization projects, connecting strategy to delivery across the business.

In this role, you will partner closely with Marketing leads and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence across Launch Readiness and Strategic & Tactical Planning. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments, leads through influence, brings structure to complexity, and keeps teams focused on what matters most.
Location: This role is based in the Princeton, NJ area with a 60% hybrid model (minimum 3 days/week in-office).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with initiative and a strong sense of ownership across commercialization efforts, proactively structuring project work, escalating risks, and enabling informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Drive commercialization and launch readiness initiatives in partnership with the Marketing lead, shaping direction, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring execution.
- Partner with Project Leads to co-develop and operationalize cross-functional plans, identifying overlaps, streamlining workstreams, and coordinating launch plans.
- Ensure clear project strategy and visibility across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive effective collaboration through efficient, outcome-driven team meetings, agendas, guided discussions, and follow-ups that build accountability.
- Maintain and communicate accurate project timelines and status updates, working with stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and risks mitigated.
- Create the conditions for a high-performing team, building momentum, clarity, and cohesion across cross-functional collaborators.
- Own project documentation and communications, ensuring updates are clear, timely, and tailored to executive and governance audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience required OR MBA (or other related, advanced degree) plus 3 years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech company required.
- Experience supporting in-market approval and/or commercial launch phases required.
- 3+ years of project management experience leading global and in-market cross-functional projects, including process improvement and change initiatives.
- Proven ability to drive complex, interdependent projects by managing timelines, budgets, and resolving cross-team issues.
- Strong collaboration skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams and driving outcomes.
- Oncology/hematology experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: Annual Salary Range: $140,000 – $170,000
*The salary offered will be commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
