Mandatory Skills and Experience:
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary advisor and lead client relationships for a portfolio of business
clients.
Lead recurring and strategic client meetings, including monthly financial reviews and
business planning discussions.
Provide real-time guidance on tax and accounting matters during client conversations.
Connect tax implications with broader business and operational decisions.
Identify risks, compliance issues, and business opportunities for clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of tax, compliance, and
advisory work.
Use professional judgment to determine when to resolve issues directly and when to
involve specialists.
Ensure clients have a single point of leadership and accountability for their tax and
advisory needs.
Qualifications and Education:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in tax and accounting.
Proven experience advising business clients on tax and financial matters.
Comfortable leading client conversations and representing the firm.
Strong ability to think clearly and provide solutions in real-time discussions.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and provide proactive guidance.
Role Scope:
This role focuses heavily on client advisory and relationship leadership, rather than
purely compliance or internal review work.
The position provides partner-level client authority and autonomy, allowing the
professional to lead client conversations and influence business decisions directly.
